Setup Outlook and Mobile Devices with Office 365

Office 365 provides an easy to deploy, use, and maintain hosted email.  Adding Office 365 to your Outlook and mobile device is easy.  The built in autodiscover features means that most of the time, Outlook will automatically find your server settings and set up Exchange automatically for you.

Follow these instructions to get starting with your Office account.

 

 

 

Change your password (optional):

  1. Log into portal.microsoftonline.com using your credentials
  2. In the top right, click the gear icon, then select Office 365 settings
  3. Select password on the left

Setup Outlook 2013 for Office 365:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click File Tab
  3. Select ‘+ Add Account’
  4. Provide your name, email address and password

Setup Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010 for Office 365:

  1. Log into portal.microsoftonline.com using your credentials
  2. In the top right, click the gear icon, then select Office 365 settings
  3. On the left, select software
  4. Then click set up.
  5. Allow for the setup process to complete
  6. Open Outlook
  7. Click File Tab
  8. Select ‘+ Add Account’
  9. Provide your name, email address and password
